Introducing Collections, the latest daily challenge joining the Loxik roster. On paper, the rules are straightforward: sixteen tiles on the board and four groups of four related words to uncover creating connections. In practice, each daily puzzle is a mental labyrinth built to make you second-guess every choice.

How the board works: Select four terms that share a common thematic or conceptual link and hit submit. If your guess is correct, the four tiles merge into their category and reveal their designated color. You start each game with 4 lives; if an attempt misses the mark, you lose a life, though the game will let you know whenever you are just one word away from solving the group.

The real challenge of Collections lies in its tiered difficulty and deceptive overlaps. Categories range from straightforward associations to abstract wordplay, idioms, and hidden linguistic patterns. Multiple words will often seem to fit two or three categories at once; the key is taking in the full board, weeding out ambiguity, and finding the only true 4x4 partition.
